Thanos returns...plus one!

It is often said that a rich widow cries with one eye and smiles with another...well that is how I feel about the return of my nemesis, my arch enemy.........Thanos!

I strolled down to breakfast this morning and stole an idle glance into the garden and there he was, perched on my fence without a care in the world. I was both pleased to see him back so we could once again embark on our titanic struggle for supremacy but I also felt the pang of disappointment with the realisation that I had not vanquished my foe. It was after a few moments of giving him, what I like to refer to as, the 'stare of doom' that I noticed he was not alone!. Sitting alongside him was another filthy villain and I thought for a moment that Thanos had simply been absent from the field of battle due to summoning re-enforcements but slowly the despicable reality dawned on me....Thanos had been a wooing! I could almost hear his words....boasting about 'his' garden, 'his' tree all to impress the little floozy by his side. This will never do...... and then...and I can hardly bear to write this dear reader....they got 'jiggy with it' ......in broad daylight.....on MY lawn. Disgusting! Have these birds no standards? no decorum? no decency? I am dealing with heathens here! I was speechless..... Fortunately the humans were elsewhere as I am not sure they would have been able to cope with this kind of filth at close quarters. This abomination then continued on and off for what seemed like hours.........I had to admit to a certain admiration for his stamina....but I digress.

Of course once the shock had worn off I realised what this meant. Thanos was resorting to breeding re-enforcements....he was playing the long game.
